These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Livestock Logs website, application, and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Aesir Industries LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using Livestock Logs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
3. Linked Accounts and Delegated Access
Certain features of the Service allow you to link your account with another user or grant another user permission to act on your behalf (for example, managing data, viewing records, or submitting requests).
- By linking accounts or granting access, you acknowledge that the authorized user may view, modify, or manage your data.
- Any actions performed by a linked or authorized user are treated as actions performed by you.
- You are responsible for managing, reviewing, and revoking access when appropriate.
- Actions taken prior to revoking access remain valid and binding.
- We are not responsible for loss, damage, or disputes arising from access you grant to another user, including unintended or unauthorized actions performed under that access.
If you believe access was granted in error or misused, you should revoke access immediately and contact support.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account;
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data without permission;
- Harass, threaten, or harm others;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features of the Service require payment, including subscriptions and usage-based services. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
- All payments are non-refundable. Because Livestock Logs provides immediate access to digital services, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, partial usage, or early termination.
6. Data and Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your data for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
- We may aggregate and anonymize data for analytics, benchmarking, or product improvement purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design elements, and content provided through the Service are owned by Aesir Industries LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aesir Industries LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aesir Industries LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful activity. You may also close your account by contacting Support@livestocklogs.com.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
